Globoidal Mk2 Indexer

One of the main features for this very rigid design of Indexer, is the right-angled configuration
of the input and output shafts, also enabling the mechanism to self lock in the dwell (or datum)
position, thus requiring no additional locking device; coupled with a ground, tapered cam track
for a long life of precision positioning. The unlimited rotational configurations of the input
and output shafts ensure complete compatibility with your project. These units are also available
as oscillators. HSG denotes a shaft output, whereas HTSG is a spigot output. The numbered suffix
denotes the camshaft/turret shaft centre distance.

Parallel shaft Mk3 conjugate cam Indexers |

The input and output shafts, on a conjugate cam unit, lie in a parallel configuration, which render
them ideally suited to conveyor type applications. Due to the design of the cam and turret, extremely
small index angles are possible resulting in a longer dwell (stop) period. As the roller followers
are supported at either end by the turret, this makes for a very torsionally rigid structure, capable
of comparatively large handling capacities for the physical size of the unit. These units can be used
as a modern, accurate replacement the Geneva style mechanism, and are also available as oscillators.
The shaft centre distance is again depicted by the indexer code.

Globoidal (SX) Indexing tables

The Indexing table (SX) design is ideally suited for large mass movements and high speeds. The
large diameter of the roller follower p.c.r enables a higher positioning accuracy, suitable for
both continuous running, and cycle-on-demand applications. The rigid design of the Indexer ensures
a high degree of stability for your dial plate applications.

Pick-and–place Units

The complex internal cam arrangements can be customised to your application, with lift, rotate, and
lowering movements, executed individually, or with overlapping profiles, to suit your specific
application.

Cylindrical Mk1 Indexing tables

Differing slightly from the Globoidal (SX) Indexing tables, by the internal design of the cam and
turret. This unit is also capable of high positional accuracies due to the large pcd of the roller
followers, but more suited to slower speeds with large mass movement capability. Can be used within
a cycle-on-demand, or continuous running environment. The rigid housing design and stable bearing
arrangement guarantees a smooth vibration free motion. The shaft centre distance is again depicted
by the indexer code.
